Hyun Soo (“Hubert”) Lee is a co-managing partner of Dowoo Hwasan Attorneys & Counselors. Mr. Lee has in-depth knowledge of and more than 15 years’ experience in corporate matters, including international mergers and acquisitions, international investment, financing, international litigation and arbitration, and healthcare practices.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lee worked as a foreign attorney at a premiere intellectual property law firm in Seoul, Korea, where he counseled clients on international transactions and international litigations. In addition, Mr. Lee has worked as a counsel in the corporate practice group of an Am Law 200 firm in New York and as an associate for a boutique firm in New York.

Mr. Lee received his LLM and JD from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University in 2003 and 2002, respectively, and his BSBA from the University of Richmond in 1999. He passed the New York Bar and New Jersey Bar in 2005.
