Ashley Cheeseman is a senior advisor at Dowoo Hwasan Attorneys & Counselors.  Originally Mr. Cheeseman was from South West England and trained to be a Chef, when he was 18 years old.  After Mr. Cheeseman graduated Culinary College with top marks, and he left England in 1991 and moved to Zurich, Switzerland where he stayed for 8 years working as a Chef in Hotels.

Mr. Cheeseman moved to Seoul, South Korea in 1999, where he worked as a manager at The Westin Chosun Hotel.  After working as a director at The Seoul Club, he changed his career path from manager to Executive Assistant Manager at the Hilton Seoul, and General Manager at Park Hotel Group, controlling all operations of the hotel, including food and beverage.

In Korea, Mr. Cheeseman has been an active and popular member of the expat community, and served as President and Vice President of “Les Toques Blanches Korea” which is a worldwide chef’s organization, and also a ‘Chaine Des Rottiseurs” Officier Maitre Hotelier level.
